Working for this global trust/corporate services provider, you will lead a small team and be responsible for a complex portfolio of clients.

The role, by definition, is quite varied.  As a guide it will be a mix between team management, trust administration and relationship management. With a commercial outlook you will be expected to provide efficient and timely administration services and work closely with other product lines in the business to encourage cross-referral.  Standards are exacting and you will be expected to adhere to rigorous procedures and controls.

Ideally you will be STEP (or equivalent) qualified and possess relevant trust administration experience. You will  be at a point in your career where you wish to step up and lead a business unit and take advantage of an environment which encourages initiative. The benefits career wise are significant. Staff retention is high and there are demonstrable examples of the most able being rapidly promoted. Fluency in English is required and a knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese would be advantageous.
