True House Partners holds itself to a high standard when working with a client or candidate. Below are the principles:- •The Director/consultant entrusted with the brief will be the person who completes it. It will not be passed to another individual after a more senior colleague has won the work; •A commitment to complete confidentiality and discretion. In particular, as family office recruitment specialists, True House Partners understands that an exceptional level of sensitivity is required when working with family offices (and private offices). Clients can have confidence that any work executed will be handled with the utmost professionalism and privacy. Where appropriate non-disclosure agreements can be arranged; •Where the work is retained, we only undertake such work if we are confident of delivering. To do otherwise, would damage our reputation and that of our client. To-date (as of Quarter 3, 2024), our completion rate for retained work is 100%; •For retained mandates, we will work until there is a satisfactory conclusion to all our assignments or, at a minimum, until we agree with a client that the process has revealed "flaws" in the selection parameters (which could not be identified at the commencement of the exercise) necessitating a reassessment of the client's candidate profile and selection criteria. We never walk away; •As far as is ethically possible, we will be completely transparent in our work. We believe that clients and candidates have a right to know the precise status of any given assignment; •All communication with clients and candidates will be candid and honest; We specialise in recruitment in a number of niche markets :- family offices (and private/family investment offices), trust & fiduciary/corporate services providers, private client law firms and private banks. If we cannot help, we will tell you quickly and without fuss; •No commission structure will be applied as part of any employee's remuneration.
