Based in Dubai, this multi family office works with a select group of HNWIs/families and specialises in the provision of bespoke private client services advising on matters ranging from family governance and wealth structuring to asset protection. Due to continued and sustained growth, a new role has been created to join this organisation that benefits from impressive credentials.
Working closely with the Managing Director and leading a small team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of Private Trust Company (“PTC”) services to a client base of private individuals and families. The PTC structures include trusts and companies established in a variety of jurisdictions and hold an array of assets.
Key tasks include: –
-The provision of advice to clients and colleagues in planning, launching and monitoring their PTC structures;
-Overseeing the PTC administration team as they carry out the day-to-day administration of the PTC client portfolio, ensuring that the highest level of service is delivered and that client relationships are maintained and developed;
-Being the primary point of day-to-day to contact for a number of specific clients;
-Assisting the Managing Director with the management of the Dubai office;
-Contributing towards the development and implementation of strategic plans for the business;
-Meeting potential clients and articulating the mechanics of any proposed structuring solution in a confident matter;
-Taking responsibility for the oversight, management, implementation and development of all internal policies and operational procedures and risk management processes in relation to the PTC practice;
-Being proactive and staying on top of issues within the regulatory/fiscal/global landscape that could impact the business and its clients;
-Ensuring that all members of the administration team are managed, supported and developed so that they can reach their full potential.
With a keen sense of the high net worth mindset, candidates should hold a relevant professional qualification (i.e. STEP, lawyer or accountant) and have acquired their experience within an appropriate trust environment at least some of which should be at a suitable level of seniority in order to step up to this role. As a guide only, viable candidates are likely to possess a minimum of ten years’ experience.
You will be obsessed with delivering a quite brilliant service to clients and possess a keen eye for detail. First class communication skills and a natural client facing demeanour are essential as is the ability to command the trust and confidence of clients and colleagues.
