Based in Mayfair, this well-established family office has built an impressive track record and oversees substantial assets. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal, whose global portfolio spans a diverse range of assets.

Candidates must hold a recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CGMA or equivalent) to be considered. A minimum of approximately thirteen years’ post-qualification experience (“PQE”) is expected, gained within a single (or multi) family office, private investment office, or closely related institution. Whilst candidates outside this PQE range may also be considered, a formal accountancy qualification is not negotiable.

This is a wide-ranging role, assuming responsibility for matters spanning operational, financial, legal, tax, administrative, investment-related themes as well as the Principal’s personal affairs.

The remit requires a versatile, hands-on and commercially astute individual with the gravitas and judgement to work closely with a UHNW Principal, whilst managing a team and liaising with external advisers such as solicitors and bankers.

The role calls for a strong grounding in international tax planning and structuring for UHNWIs, especially where offshore trusts and SPVs are used in a cross-border context.
