Based in Dubai, this international multi family office works with a select group of UHNWIs/families and specialises in the provision of bespoke private client services advising on matters ranging from family governance and wealth structuring to asset protection. With an enviable track record in terms of growth and profitability, a new role of Senior Trust Manager has been created in this organisation that continues to go from strength to strength. Ideally, this individual will have the ambition, personal qualities and skill set to progress to Director level within a reasonable time period.

The successful candidate will form part of a close-knit and busy team that is collectively responsible for the delivery of trust services to a client base of HNW/UHNW private individuals and families. The structures include trusts and companies established in a variety of jurisdictions and hold an array of assets.

The primary focus of the role will be the management of a portfolio of complex structures working very closely with colleagues internally in the organisation and externally with intermediaries and clients. The position requires an experienced and resourceful practitioner with a wide and diverse knowledge base who will be able to thrive in a business that refuses to stand still.

With a visible path for career progression to Director level, you will possess a minimum of around ten years’ relevant experience (candidates outside this range will also be considered) acquired within a regulated trust environment and hold an appropriate professional qualification (e.g. STEP or equivalent).

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, you will be obsessed with delivering a quite brilliant service to clients and have a keen eye for detail. First class communication skills and a natural client facing demeanour are essential as is the ability to command the trust and confidence of clients and colleagues. Experience of managing a team would be beneficial.
