Based in London, Paul Avon leads True House Partners and advises single family offices on recruitment. He has over twenty-five years’ experience in executive search, including senior roles at Harrison Willis (now Hudson), co-founding a legal recruitment business, and heading the UK arm of a wealth management search firm. Paul has a strong track record in family office recruitment, executive search for wealth professionals and recruitment for trust and corporate services providers worldwide. In 2025, he was recognised for the fifth consecutive year as a trusted advisor to family offices in the Spear's Executive Search & Headhunters Index. Paul continues to advise on mid to senior-level recruitment across the family office and wider wealth management landscape, supporting the appointment of professionals spanning trust, accounting, legal, tax, structuring, real estate, investment and business development functions. His experience covers both onshore and offshore jurisdictions, including the UK, Channel Islands, Monaco, Isle of Man, the Middle East (with particular focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia), the Caribbean, Bermuda and key Asian centres such as Hong Kong and Singapore. His work regularly involves cross-border searches, reflecting the international nature of many modern family offices. True House Partners is a multidisciplinary recruitment firm. Talent is sourced for a wide spectrum of positions ranging from a Finance Director for a single family office in London, a Senior Trust Manager for an independent trust company in the Brtish Virgin Islands to a Managing Director for a corporate services provider in the Seychelles and a CEO for a single family office in United Arab Emirates (Dubai).
